ICticketsNOW are currently only available for events at the Idaho Center.

What is a ICticketsMOBILE?
ICticketsMOBILE is a new method of delivery that expands your options of how you receive your tickets. With ICticketsMOBILE, your tickets are delivered to your cell phone via a standard text or picture message allowing you to use your cell phone as your ticket! The ICticketsMOBILE message contains a unique barcode and the usual ticket information, e.g., event date, time, section, row, seat, etc... you simply save the ICticketsMOBILE ticket in your messages inbox and retrieve it when you arrive at the event.
How do I get in to the event?
You will need to enter through a designated gate at the venue; this gate location will be specified in your purchase confirmation e-mail and in the text message you receive on your phone with your tickets. To gain entry, you'll need to retrieve the barcode from your messages inbox and present it to be scanned. As each ICticketsMOBILE barcode is scanned, a paper ticket is automatically printed and presented to you as you enter the venue. Each ticket holder must retain their own paper ticket throughout the event.
When is the ICticketsMOBILE ticket delivered?
The ICticketsMOBILE ticket is delivered within a short time after you purchase the ticket. Typically, you will receive your ticket in under a few minutes, but delivery times may vary according to network conditions and the wireless subscriber's whereabouts related to cellular coverage.
What if I order more than one ticket?
Each ticket purchased on a single order will be sent as a separate text or picture message, e.g., if you purchase 3 tickets, you will receive 3 separate text messages. Each message will need to be saved and produced at the venue to evidence entry.
What if my phone is not compatible?
Any phone that can browse the Internet or receive an MMS message can receive a ICticketsMOBILE ticket. However, some handsets do not support WAP or MMS, in which case you will receive a text-only message with the barcode number in the text. When you arrive at the event, the ticket taker can manually enter the barcode number into the scanning device to validate your ICticketsMOBILE ticket.
Even if your phone is not listed, as long as your phone can receive a text message you can still receive a ICticketsMOBILE ticket. Just select your wireless carrier, for phone make, choose "Text", and model, choose "Only" as your mobile type.
Will my cell phone number be used for any other purpose?
Your cell phone number will only be used to delivering your ICticketsMOBILE ticket. Please see Privacy Information.
