Ticket Face Value
ICtickets does not determine the face value of the ticket. The promoter or artist determines the price of the ticket.
Service Charge
Service fees allow ICtickets to cover its costs while offering a wide range of convenient ticket distribution methods. Tickets may be purchased in local community outlets, at venues, over the telephone and the Internet. Service fees will vary depending on the event and the method you select to purchase tickets.
Order Processing Fee
This fee covers the cost to fulfill and complete your order when tickets are purchased by telephone and Internet. This fee is used to coordinate with the Ticket Office will-call window or to arrange shipping the tickets. This charge also includes services for taking and maintaining your order on our ticketing system. The order fee is applied regardless of whether your tickets are mailed or sent to the Ticket Office will-call window.
