You have Ordered Your Tickets, Now How to Get
Them...

Please contact ICtickets at (208) 442-3232 at least forty-eight hours before the event if
you have not received your tickets. You may also send an email to customer.service@ictickets.com.
Will Call
Tickets will be available at the will-call window when standard mail is no longer
available. This will occur 10-14 days prior to the event. To pick-up your tickets, you
must bring your photo ID, the credit card used for the purchase, and the confirmation.
Will Call tickets may be picked up in advance of day of show at any ICtickets outlet (see
How to Buy Tickets for a complete list of locations). On event days tickets will only be
available at the venue box office.
