You have Ordered Your Tickets, Now How to Get
Them...
Mail
Please contact ICtickets at (208) 442-3232 at least forty-eight hours before the event if
you have not received your tickets. You may also send an email to customer.service@ictickets.com.
Will Call
Tickets will be available at the will-call window when standard mail is no longer
available. This will occur 10-14 days prior to the event. To pick-up your tickets, you
must bring your photo ID, the credit card used for the purchase, and the confirmation.
