ICticketsNOW...

What is ICticketsNOW?
ICticketsNOW is the convenient way to purchase tickets to events at the Idaho Center. When you select ICticketsNOW as the delivery method, your tickets will be sent to you via email.

When ICticketsNOW is selected, what can I expect?
When your order is completed after you have selected ICticketsNOW as the delivery method, you will receive an email for each ticket you purchased. Each email will include the seat description/location for the ticket and will have a PDF file attached. The attachments should be saved on your computer and the PDF file printed. Take this ticket to the venue for admittance to the event. You may also send a PDF file to someone else for them to print and attend the event.

Why should I use ICticketsNOW?
When you select ICticketsNOW as the delivery method your tickets will be sent to you right away.
There will be no will call lines to stand in or waiting for the mail to deliver your tickets.
The PDF files (tickets) can be forwarded to others so they can print their own tickets.
You will be able to use a special entry gate that is only for ICticketsNOW tickets.

How does ICticketsNOW work?
After you select ICticketsNOW as the delivery method and your order is completed, you will receive an email that has a PDF file attached to it.
Save the file(s) to your computer or forward them to others to print and use.
Bring your ICticketsNOW paper tickets to the event and your tickets will be scanned for admittance.

What is required to use ICticketsNOW?
A printer (ink-jet or laser) that has a resolution of 300 dpi or greater is required. (The printer can be black and white or color.)
Adobe Acrobat Reader is also required. (A free download is available at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html)

What if more than one copy of the ticket is printed or a photocopy is made?
Only the first ticket that is scanned is valid. If more than one copy is presented, the scanner will let the ticket taker know that the bar code has already been read.

What if I am not able to print the tickets?
Check the things you normally do when you are having problems with printing. (Check the cables and power on the printer, is there a memory problem, do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc.)

What if the email with the PDF file does not arrive?
If you have not received the files within 24 hours, lookup your order and see if it has been competed. If you cannot find your order or it is showing not completed, or the email with the PDF file has not arrived, please contact ICtickets at customer.service@ictickets.com.

What if I lose the tickets or they are stolen?
Please contact ICtickets and they will help with the situation.
