Tips
When purchasing tickets on-line, in person, or over the telephone, all seats are selected
from the best available for the chosen price level at the time of purchase. In order to
increase your chances for seats that are high in demand, it is best to purchase tickets
when they first go on-sale.
Purchase Limits
Ticket limits vary depending on the event and are determined by the artist, promoter, or
event management. These limits are to provide ticket access to as many fans as possible
and discourage unfair ticket-buying practices. The ticket limit is verified with all
purchases and exceeding the stated limit will result in your orders being released.
How to Improve the Odds of Getting Tickets
Tickets may be purchased at ictickets.com, local outlets, by telephone, and at the venue's
ticket office. The ticketing system chooses the best available seats for the selected
price level at the time of purchase. ICtickets does not reserve a specific amount of
tickets for different outlets or distribution channels, so the odds of getting tickets are
the same no matter which method you choose to purchase tickets.
Time Limit For Internet Sales
When purchasing tickets on the Internet, the seats you are holding are not available for
purchase by anyone else until you release them. Due to high demand, there is a time limit
during the checkout process. When this time limit is exceeded, the tickets are released
giving every customer an equal chance to purchase tickets. (To reduce the time required
