Buying Tickets
Explained (Part 2)...
Why Ticket Availability Changes
When customers select tickets, those tickets are reserved for a pre-established time limit
while the customer decides. Should the customer decide not to purchase those tickets,
those seats are released and made available for purchase.
Why Tickets Sell Out
Some events are very popular and when tickets go on-sale there can be hundreds or
thousands of people trying to purchase tickets. Tickets can be sold-out in a matter of
minutes. (You can stay informed of new events, on-sale dates and pre-sale information by
frequently visiting ictickets.com and signing-up for your ICtickets Insider).
Cancelled Events
ICtickets assumes responsibility on cancelled events for those tickets sold through
ictickets.com, community ticket centers, and ICtickets Ticket Office and Call Center. The
face value of the ticket is refunded. Because the processing and delivery of the ticket
order has already occurred, the delivery and order processing fees are not refunded.
Tickets must be returned to the ICticket Ticket Office in order to be refunded.
If you purchased your ticket at an ICtickets outlet, online, or at the box office with a
debit/credit card, then your card will automatically be refunded.
If you paid in cash or check, then you can request a refund from ICtickets.
If you choose a refund by cash, then please do the following:
1. Please bring your tickets to the ICtickets office at 16114 Idaho Center Blvd., Nampa
ID; M - F 10am-5pm.
If you choose a refund by check, then please do the following:
1. Photo copy your ticket(s) and keep a copy for your records.
2. Mail the original ticket(s) to: ICtickets, 16114 Idaho Center Blvd, #1 Nampa, ID 83687
3. Also include your name and address where the check should be mailed. You should receive
your check within 2 weeks.
Lost and Stolen Tickets
If your ticket is lost or stolen, please contact ICtickets immediately. We will try to
work with you to ensure you can still enjoy the show.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set
forth by ICtickets, prohibit ICtickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket
has been purchased or lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.
The decision to allow refunds is made by the venue and/or promoter. The face value of the
ticket is refunded. Because the processing and delivery of the ticket order has already
occurred, the delivery and order processing fees are not refunded.
